Shipping Information
All orders are dispatched with signature required. If you choose to waive this by using an ATL (Authority To Leave), please note this is at your own risk — Dreadnought Headwear will not provide replacements for items lost or stolen after delivery.
Orders are shipped via NZ Post. Estimated delivery times are:

Urban NZ: 1–4 business days

Rural NZ: Please allow an additional 1–5 business days

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow extra processing time during sales or product launches.
Delivery Addresses
Please ensure your delivery details are correct and complete. Dreadnought Headwear cannot take responsibility for parcels that go missing due to incorrect addresses.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery times are estimates provided by NZ Post. Dreadnought Headwear is not liable for delays once items are with the courier.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed. Please check your junk or promotions folder if you don’t see it.
Lost Items
If NZ Post confirms an item is lost, we’ll assist with the claims process. Please note, delays do not qualify as lost parcels.
